Coaches
At 00.30 coaches will be running from Campusvej (entrance A) to the centre of Odense. Price: 20 DKK.
Free coaches will also be put on, as required, from Esbjerg, Kolding, Slagelse and Sønderborg for staff and students wishing to attend the Annual University Festival. Coaches will return from Odense at 01.00. Additional information on registration for transport will be provided on the notice boards at Esbjerg, Kolding, Slagelse and Sønderborg.
Pictures
Pictures will be taken during the Annual University Festival, both in the afternoon and in the evening. Selected pictures will be shown afterwards to describe the Annual University Festival.
Smoking
Campus Odense is a non-smoking enviroment.
Smoking is allowed in designated yards – please follow signposts.

Entrances A, B, F and O will open for the official part of the annual banquet. All other entrances will be locked, so that you can no longer use access cards/student cards. Therefore, the green “out bottons” by the doors will not work either. People exiting the university between 15.00 and 18.00 are requested to use entrances A, B, F and O |

NB! In the case of an emergency, the “emergency knob” always works, if the “out bottons” does not work. The “emergency knob” is found under the green plastic hood on all doors with access control.
