Dinner tickets cost DKK 150 each and give the holder entry to the dinner at 18.30 (include ½ bottle of red or white wine and 1 bottle of water) and the following dance.
Only staff and students and their companions can attend the dinner.
Dinner tickets can be ordered electronically from Tuesday 10 September at 09.00.
It is possible to order tickets weekdays between 09.00 and 12.00. The day’s orders will be processed in the order they are received. Later the same day, an e-mail will be sent out containing a receipt stating that tickets, where possible, have been reserved for the required table or specifying another table number. The e-mail also contains additional information on paying for tickets.
The closing date for ordering dinner tickets is Monday 23 September at 12.00.
It will not be possible to buy dinner tickets at the door.
