There will be a limited number of places available for the official part of the event in auditorium 45. This means that a maximum of 2 admission cards can be ordered per person.
Admission cards (free) must be ordered electronically.
Admission cards will be available to order from Tuesday 10 September at 09.00.
Please note, if you also wish to participate in the Annual Banquet, tickets are to be ordered separately at www.sdu.dk/aarsfest.
The closing dates for ordering admission cards for the official ceremony is Friday 20 September at 12.00.
E-mails will be sent at the end of September informing people of whether or not they will receive admission cards. Admission cards for the official ceremony will be sent by the Vice-Chancellor's Office on Friday 27 September.
The official part of the event will, however, be screened live on a big screen in auditorium 47 and on www.sdu.dk/aarsfest.
