All year round the University of Southern Denmark is buzzing with activities and events with proud traditions.
Acccording to the traditional practice every year two major events are being held at the University - the Annual banquet and the Hans Christian Andersen Academy Annual Lecture.
The Annual banquet is a combination of an official part with a reception and then a party for approximately 2000 guests, employees, and students.
Each year, the HCA Academy chooses a recognized and leading researcher, who is invited to Odense in order to give an academic lecture of general interest.
