If you want to continue studying after obtaining your BSc, you must apply for admission to a Master Programme.
Application form
You must fill in an on-line application form to apply for admission. You order an on-line application form under the "programme" at http://www.sdu.dk/en/Uddannelse/Kandidat
Deadline for applications
- Studies commencing on 1 September, deadline for applications: 1 April. All master programmes.
- Studies commencing on 1 February, deadline for applications: 1 November. For some programmes, studies commence in February. Ask at the relevant secretariat whether this will be possible for you as regards the subjects offered.
Please be aware that the deadlines for applying above only apply to applicants to the master programmes taught in Danish and to the Danish applicants for the master programmes taught in English. You will find the deadlines that apply to foreign applicants for the master programmes taught in English here.
Applications received after the deadline will be processed on an ongoing basis if there are still vacancies on the programme.
It will be possible to begin some programmes at the beginning of each quarter or at other times during the term. In these cases, your course of studies will be skewed. Contact the academic supervisor for the programme in question for more information about this.
Entry requirements
In order to enroll in a master program you must have completed your bachelor programme by the starting date of the master programme. Apart from that you also have to meet the academic entry requirements of the master programme. You can read about them on the website of the programme. You can also see your combination options that are approved in advance in the tool called DIVA.
If you do not fulfil the entry requirements
