Stand out in today’s job market! The aim of this course is to prepare you as an international student for the Danish job market and provide you with tools and strategic input on how to find a job in Denmark.
Workindenmark have great experience in recruiting academics to the Danish job market and they will teach you about the do’s and don’ts on how to apply as an academic on your way to a job in Denmark, and thereby ensure the greatest chance of success.

- Welcome, short presentation of the Counselling Centre and Career Centre, by Kim Bæksgaard Hansen, Career Counsellor at SDU.
- Learn about the academic job market in Denmark

- Receive instructions and guidance on how to write a targeted application and a professional CV according to Danish standards by Sofie Solgerd Ejdesgaard, International Recruitment Consultant, Workindenmark
- Meet Managing Director Helle Fuglevig from the Danish market research company Market Select and learn of her experiences with international colleagues.
- Meet SDU student Emanuela Antova and hear of her experiences going from an internship to employment and her experiences working in Denmark
