Managing the challenge of a changing world
The MSc (Change Management) gives you the knowledge, the skills and the expertise required to analyse, plan and implement changes in the private and public sectors. You gain a thorough insight into stimulating challenges, including principles and practice of business development, recruitment, human resource development, sociology of work and management, organizational psychology, and project management. You will also gain an enhanced insight into social science methodology, and the elective courses (plus the Master's Thesis) give you the opportunity of selecting your special areas of interest as parts of your studies, under the supervision of our competent Faculty.
