If you are a student and have a laptop with a wireless pc card, you can use the wireless network of the University.
A new wireless network, Eduroam, is gradually established during the fall of 2011 across the University of Southern Denmark - read more here: http://wifi.sdu.dk/index.php?lang=en.
Wireless Access
Your laptop will automatically locate SDU's wireless network. The new, encrypted network, Eduroam, will gradually replace unencrypted SDUWLAN. Start a browser and Eduroam asks automatically for your username (= your SDU mail-address) and your password (= same as the one used for the other student facilities).
You are required to install an up-dated anti-virus software on your laptop. SDU has entered into a licensing agreement with Sophos anti-virus.
You are not allowed to use "file-sharing programs" like KaZaa, eDonkey or Direct Connect /DC++ etc.
