SDU´s student e-mail system ("Outlook") has a calendar system as well. Both systems are integrated with other Office-systems of the University. The e-mail and calendar systems are based on Microsoft Exchange.
Username and password:
Your username for the e-mail system is your entire e-mail address, for instance knud98@student.sdu.dk Your password is identical to the one you use to log on to the Student Portal, Self Service, E-learn etc. (In case your password has become "unsynchronized", you can reset it yourself by using this link).

Outlook facilities:

Mail (Inbox): Send and receive e-mail
Calendar: Electronic calendar
Contacts: Personal contacts (e-mail and mail addresses, phone numbers etc.)
Tasks: Personal tasks and priorities.

forward your SDU-email to another email-address, please use this link:

If you want to send large files (over 25 Mb) to recipients at or outside of SDU, you can use the service "Secure file sharing".
