On the following pages you will find information about the arrival procedures in general and at each campus.
Introduction days
You must arrive in time for the introduction day(s) of your study programme typically held a a few days before the semester starts.
Bachelor degree students: You will receive information from your study coordinators.
Master degree students, exchange and guest students: You will receive information on the orientation day at the individual campus.
Orientation day
It is important that you arrive in time for the Orientation Day that is held a couple of days before the semester starts (academic calendar) At the orientation day, you get practical and important information regarding academic matters as well as general life in Denmark.
Transportation
You can take the train to any of the campus cities directly from the Copenhagen airport. If you are flying into Billund airport you can take a bus or a combination of bus and train. It is possible to fly into Sonderborg. For some of you, it may pay off to fly into Hamburg in northern Germany to take the train to the relevant campus city.
