The University of Southern Denmark International Club (IC) is dedicated to bringing together and embracing all cultures from around the world, especially those represented at SDU, through cultural and social activities. Most importantly, the International Club's goal is to create a home-away-from-home for all those who consider themselves international.
The IC is non-political, non-religious, non-profit making and for all ages. This means everybody who is employed at the University of Southern Denmark or an accompanying spouse/partner, studying here, just passing through or has lived here all her/his life is very welcome to join the International Club.
Each semester the IC arranges a number of social and cultural activities with the aim of helping our guests from abroad to adjust more easily to their new way of life in Denmark. IC activities take place in and around Odense, and participation is free of charge in most cases. The members of the International Club, as well as everybody interested, receive a monthly Newsletter with planned activities.
