The PhD programme is a research training programme at international level that qualifies PhD students to independently carry out research, development and teaching tasks in the private and public sectors that require a broad knowledge of research. The programme chiefly takes the form of performing research under supervision.
The organisation of the PhD School
A central PhD School has been established at the Faculty of Social Sciences under the leadership of the Head of PhD School. All PhD students are enrolled at the faculty's PhD School and are attached to the department in which their principal supervisor is employed.
PhD programmes are offered at the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences in the following academic fields:
- Business Economics
- Social Science
- Political Science
- Economics (socio-economics)
