The programme is offered by a group consisting of the University of Southern Denmark and Aarhus University. The University of Southern Denmark is the coordinating force. Students will be taught by researchers from the field of social sciences. The group co-operates with the following consultancy agencies: Ankerhus A/S and Udviklingskonsulenterne ApS about : Personal leadership.
The group covers all relevant social science disciplines for an education in public governance:

- economics
The group has been anchored within a long tradition of educating public leaders. Since 1996, The University of Southern Denmark has successfully offered the Professional Master of Public Management programme (MPM) and the group has many years worth of experience on offering Master's degree programmes and the special group of people that leaders represent.
