As a general rule, you may apply twice a year – in the spring and in the autumn.
If you wish to commence on your studies by September 1st, the application deadline is July 1st.
If you wish to commence on your studies by February 1st, the application deadline is December 1st.
The programmes below have specific deadlines:
For Journalism as an elective, you must apply no later the 15th of March because you must take an entrance exam along with all other applicants.
The Faculty of Science: In the spring, you may apply for fourth quarter courses. In the autumn, your application for the second quarter must reach us by September 15th due to filings that must be made to the ministry. Contact us if you have any questions.
Engineering courses: You may apply up to the commencement of study which is August 31st 2011 for single courses in the autumn and January 30th 2012 for single courses in the spring of 2012.
It is only clear by semester start whether there are any spaces for single course students. This may entail that students, in rare cases, will be enrolled 8 to 14 days into the semester.
Applications sent after deadline will be treated continuously, but applicants must expect a processing time of approximately two weeks. For academic reasons we usually do not offer spaces once the semester has begun. Once you have been accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance and a giro form. Only when you have paid your tuition fee are you fully enrolled and may attend lectures and exams.
