Participant and qualification profile
Business Administration Part 2, Marketing Management gives you a number of strategic tools to solve sales problems. You will become acquainted for a number of tools which may help you determine the positioning of a company in terms of the market, especially in relation to competitors and with regards to existing and potential customers. You will be taught how to collect, asses and analyse market data which allows a company to formulate and implement future strategies.
The programme is theoretical, yet throughout the programme, theory and practice interact. The work experience of the students is drawn upon during lectures, and we focus intently on how theory may be applied in practice.
The Business Administration, Marketing and Management programme is relevant for anyone who wishes to work with sales and marketing in private businesses, voluntary organisations and within the public sector. The purpose of the programme is to equip students with a profile that enables them to fill positions as marketing managers in all types of developmental organisations. A Marketing and Management graduate will be able to fill this part regardless of whether the business operates in an international or national market, an industrial market, a public market of a consumer market.
Combined with a least two years worth of relevant business experience, the programme equals a Bachelor's degree. Once the programme has been completed, the graduate is entitled to call him/herself Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).
