Ordinary newspaper articles are protected by the law on copyright.
If you want to make use of the Danish and foreign newspapers, the library has online access to via Infomedia and Lexis Nexis, you have to be aware of the following rules.
Articles found in Infomedia or Lexis-Nexis may not be placed on E-learn.sdu.dk You will have to restrict yourself to giving a link to the database.
If you want to use newspaper articles that are not found online, you will have to ask for permission in each case.
The scanning agreement SDUB has entered into with Copydan is not valid for foreign and Danish newspapers.
With regard to paragraphs in newspapers, you can usually assume that these are not protected. But remember that you still have to name where they come from.
