Library material can be found at all of the campuses. You can see where it is located in the catalogue and whether or not it is on loan or not on loan. You can borrow the material via your local library, no matter where the material is located.
See a map of the library's departments here.
Books are shelved by subject according to the library's classification system. Printed journals are shelved by title in alphabetical order. Other forms of material might be shelved separately.
Material, which is stored in "magasin", can also be borrowed. You just have to request it via the catalogue. Material shelved in the "læsesal", "informationssal" or on "semesterhylde" can only be borrowed as an overnight loan, or you can make copies of it at the library. These materials cannnot be requested via the catalogue. Read more about overnight loans here.
If you make a request for books (which are not on loan) from the other departments before 12 noon, they should normally be ready to be picked up the following day after 12 noon. Read more about borrowing rules and supply.
