In the programme you will be introduced to concepts, theories, and analyses of political systems, public organizations, international politics, and public administration. You will be working with the subjects both in theory and in practice, and during your time at SDU you will be a part of a strong social and academic environment with your co-students.
The Political Science programme provides the skills and knowledge to pursue a variety of different career opportunities. Many graduates are employed in the public sector, e.g. in ministries and government agencies, or in international organizations like the EU and UN. Others find employment in a political party, an interest organization, as a consultant in a private company, or in the media. Finally, it is also possible to be employed within research and teaching.
