Join a Community Breakfast to enjoy breakfast, exchange constructive feedback and network with the students from SDU’s entrepreneurial community.

The Community Breakfast takes place on the first Wednesday of each month at 9.00–9.30 a.m. in Videnbyen on Campus Odense.

Join a Company Meetup session for an in-depth introduction to SDU’s entrepreneurial environment. For one day, you’ll replace your usual office with a workstation in the SDU Startup Station among SDU’s student entrepreneurs.

Moving out of your usual settings allows you to view your business and challenges from a new angle and get constructive feedback from enterprising entrepreneurs.

A Company Meetup can lead to:

• Concrete collaboration, e.g. internships, projects and student jobs
• Investments in startups
• Product development and business relations

Become a mentor to student entrepreneurs and startups, whether you are an employee of or the owner of a business.

As a mentor, you must:

• provide the startup company with constructive feedback four times in six months. You and the company must agree on how and when the feedback will take place.
• participate in the networking meetings with the other mentors twice in six months.
• use your knowledge, experience and network to help the startup move forward.

As a mentor, you will:

• be matched with a startup that matches your interests and experiences.
• become part of an exclusive network of like-minded mentors.
• be invited to panels and participation at pitch events.
• make a difference when your help, experience and feedback advances the young startups.

SDU Startup Night is a major networking event for SDU’s entrepreneurs and the business community and is held three times a year.

Startup Night is your chance to:

• meet startups from all of SDU’s campuses.
• give presentations.
• offer feedback to entrepreneurs.
• share your experience.

The presentations are on topics that are current or interesting for new companies.

Throughout the year, SDU arranges workshops for startups and established companies to equip the entrepreneurs to continue their startup after graduating from university.

• Sales
• Digital marketing
• LinkedIn as a networking tool
• Adobe for app development
